PRIVACY
POLICY.

LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 16, 2026

What we collect, why we need it, and how to get in touch about your information.

Who we are

Conditional Heterosexuality, LLC operates this store. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Conditional Heterosexuality, LLC. This policy covers information collected through our website, orders, and customer service conversations.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we and our service providers process the information needed to complete it: your name, email address, billing and shipping details, phone number if provided, selected items and sizes, payment status, and order reference.

Stripe collects and processes payment details through its checkout. Our storefront does not store full payment-card numbers. We receive transaction and order information to confirm payment, provide support, and arrange fulfillment.

If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, topic, message, and any order information you choose to share. Please do not include full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in a message.

After a confirmed purchase, you can choose to tell us where you heard about us. If you answer, we store your selected source with your order in Stripe to understand how customers discover the brand. The survey is optional and does not affect your order.

Website and service requests can also include technical information such as IP address, requested page, time of visit, browser, device, and referring page. This supports site delivery, security, troubleshooting, and traffic measurement.

How we use information

  • Process payments, fulfill and ship orders, and provide receipts and order updates.
  • Answer questions and manage order issues and other customer service requests.
  • Keep the store working, understand how pages are used, and prevent fraud and misuse.
  • Maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We do not sell customer personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Order and support messages are used to provide the service you requested.

Who receives information

We use providers that help run the store. They receive information relevant to the services they provide:

  • Stripe processes payments, payment security, and transaction records.
  • Printful and delivery carriers receive product and delivery information to produce, pack, and ship orders.
  • Vercel hosts the website and provides website analytics and operational services.
  • Our email delivery provider delivers and manages customer service messages.
  • Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces. Loading these fonts sends a technical request from your browser to Google.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights and prevent fraud, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. Providers may have their own privacy policies for their services.

Analytics, cookies, and browser settings

Our storefront uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic, including page views, referrers, approximate location, and browser or device type. Vercel describes this service as providing aggregated statistics without third-party tracking cookies. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

Payment and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for functions such as security, fraud prevention, and checkout. You can manage cookies and scripts through your browser settings; blocking them may affect parts of the store or checkout.

We use session storage in your browser to remember if you dismiss or complete the purchase survey during your visit. A saved answer is also recorded with your order so we do not ask again for that order.

The storefront does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. You can contact us about privacy choices or applicable opt-out rights using the link below.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, maintain required business and tax records, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Retention can vary depending on the record and legal requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information and limit access to people and providers who need it for their work. No website, transmission, or storage method can offer absolute security.

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we operate. Privacy laws may differ between those locations.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. Contact us to make a request or ask a question.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records must be retained for legal, security, or transaction purposes. We will explain any applicable exception or further steps, including how to question our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available under applicable law.

Children’s information

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the store or our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest update. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
