This website is operated by Conditional Heterosexuality, LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from our store and use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at the time of purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping details.

Products, drops, and payment

We sell apparel in focused releases. Sizes and products may become unavailable, and adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Images show the product design; color, print placement, and texture may vary slightly because of screens and the production process. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown before payment. Stripe processes checkout payments. A receipt confirms payment; we may need to contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and associated charges as required. We will not charge a corrected price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Production and shipping

We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States. Orders may be produced on demand and fulfilled with Printful. Production time and carrier transit time are separate; any estimates provided at purchase should be read together.

We aim to ship within the timeframe stated when you order, or within 30 days if no timeframe is stated. If we cannot ship within that time, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Please check your delivery address before paying. If something is wrong, contact us promptly. If an order is lost, damaged in transit, or does not arrive, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether production or fulfillment can be stopped. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

Using the website

Please use the store lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, access systems or data without permission, or use false information to commit fraud.

Store content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not grant a license to reproduce its artwork or our branding for commercial use.

Your rights and resolving concerns

Nothing in these terms takes away rights, warranties, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If something goes wrong, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not prevent you from contacting a consumer protection authority or pursuing a remedy available under applicable law.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases and website use. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Changes do not retroactively reduce the rights or purchase terms that applied to an existing order.
